We try to ensure every item that we are donated is given a new lease of life. Due to our other revenue streams we are even able to do this in situations that would not be traditionally economically viable. Say for example when the cost of repair is greater than the price we re-sell the item at. Usually this item would be written off and sent to landfill but we commit to the repair and absorb the loss to ensure the item is re-used again.
